Space and efficiency considerations and an optimised value proposition
led to EESCO (Elemental Energy) winning the award for the water heating
split system at a residential conversion of an existing building on Beacon
Street called ‘Elevate’ in Johannesburg’s Jewel City adjacent to the CBD.
Plumbcon Construction Plumbing did the remainder of the plumbing.
