EVENTS Exhibitors were treated to a five-star breakfast, where the majority mentioned that they had been pleasantly surprised by the number of leads and quality visitors to the show. 61 CPD HUNT — WINNERS AND PRIZES As part of the fun had by visitors to PLUMBDRAIN, registered plumbers participated in a CPD ‘hunt’. The criteria were that the participants had to visit various suppliers’ stands and answer questions. The person who answered all the questions cor- rectly and in the fastest time, would be the winner. The executive director of IOPSA’s message at the IOPSA breakfast was unmistakable: plumbers must look towards the future of plumbing through technology and keep up with trends such as rainwater harvesting and various water recycling processes. The winners were: 1. Neil Ridley 2. Ruhan Swanepoel 3. Ryan Swinton 4. Ronelle Pagel 5. Tiaan Schoeman. IOPSA PLUMBERS EVENING The evening was well supported with about 200 plumbers attending. They voiced their opinion about PLUM BDRAIN and commented very positively on the turnout. Charles Watt from Wattapac introduced his product to the audience and also showed a short video clip. Great fun was had by all. TESTIMONIALS During the show, various videos and photos were placed of exhibitors and visitors being interviewed. On Saturday, the show closed at 13:00 and it was all smiles for exhibitors, organisers, and visitors, leaving the show with one message: “We will be back in 2020.” PA The five prizes were as follows: 1.
