It starts with you

As you get older, you tend to talk to yourself, and you mostly talk
about the past.
The problem is that you mostly talk to yourself when
you are trying to fall asleep and then in the morning,
you cannot remember what you were talking about. wrong with a plastic pipe for hot water if it is the correct
type of piping, but it must be insulated to comply with
SANS 10400-XA.
I have found that it helps to keep a notebook and a pen
at your bedside table and to make notes to refer to the
next day. I have also come to realise that this talking to
myself helps to solve problems and to find solutions. The challenge with designing a hot water reticulation
system correctly, is to ensure that no more than four
litres of water is discharged before the water reaches a
temperature that can be used in a shower, which is more
or less average body temperature, or can be used in the
kitchen, which is of a higher temperature.
