Making pipe installation faster
Fischer ’ s innovative one-piece hinged pipe clamp with floating single screw and rapid locking mechanism makes single-person , overhead pipe installations faster and easier .
The engaging of the safety locking mechanism ensures the safe adjustment of the pipe without the clamp springing open and screws falling out . This enables pipes with an outer diameter of 12 - 63mm to be securely fixed with a threaded rod or stud screw indoors . The pipe clamp is fitted with a sound insulation insert which prevents it from falling out when inserting a pipe . An added benefit is that the screws ’ combination cross-drive thread . The company also provides a digital software system , which takes users through the design process whereby the type , diameter , insulation and number of pipes , which the installation system has to carry , can be defined .
