54 TECHNICAL SAPPMA quality workshop By SAPPMA In the October issue of Plumbing Africa, SAPPMA’s (Southern African Plastic Pipe Manufacturers’ Association) well-attended presentation on 17 July at its premises in Midrand, on the subject ‘Understanding the elements of a pressure pipe system’, was profiled, and a more detailed overview promised. As a follow-on to the successful first Quality Training Session hosted by the Southern African Plastic Pipe Manufacturers Association (SAPPMA) earlier this year, the plastic pipes standards body hosted a second presentation and training session at the Plastics SA head office.
