WALL OF SHAME
We are featuring two installations — Installation 1 and Installation
2 — that do not meet the standards. These two installations have
several compliance issues, which we want you to identify.
The person who correctly identifies the most compliance issues with
each installation will be the winner and will receive a copy of each of
the IOPSA Practical Guides worth R500, compliments of IOPSA.

To enter, all you have to do is send an email to
[email protected] with the subject “Wall of Shame
competition”, along with your full name and contact numbers, and
list Installation 1 with all the issues you have identified, as well
as Installation 2 with its own set of problems. The winner will be
chosen based on the greatest number of correct and technically
accurate answers.
