New marketing director
Moyce was educated at Hudson Park School in Buffalo City( East London), and in 1991, he started at Kwikot in Port Elizabeth( PE) as a sales representative for Kwikot and City Metal products. Asked which city he liked best of all the ones he has worked in, Moyce was diplomatic,“ I have worked in PE, Cape Town and now Johannesburg, but as most of my family are in PE, that will always be a special place for me.” However, he had good things to say about Cape Town,‘ its highs, the nature, the oceans, and the general easy lifestyle’. He had one thing to say about Gauteng,“ The only comment I can make thus far is that traffic is not a problem here. Cape Town is twice as bad!”
“ My primary objective is to grow the business by improving customer service as well as to introduce new products. It is now common knowledge that Electrolux, Sweden, has acquired Kwikot— this will not only add value to our current business, but will allow us to expand our already first class manufacturing facility. This will also position us to introduce a range of Electrolux products compatible for use within the plumbing industry, as well as expand into the sub-Saharan market.” PA
