IOPSA Gauteng hosts successful golf day
The Institute of Plumbing South Africa( IOPSA) Gauteng region held yet another successful golf day at the Kyalami Country Club.

The main purpose of the event is to bring together people from the plumbing industry to network over a game of golf. Industry players— including plumbers, company directors, suppliers, manufacturers, and wholesalers— gathered at the Kyalami Country Club, not only to enjoy a game of golf but also to network with their clients.
According to IOPSA’ s technical director, Steve Brown, the golf day is good fun and a way to get everybody together, including manufacturers and plumbers.“ It’ s just a day we can all get together and enjoy chasing a little white, green, or pink ball,” Brown said. He also added that the golf day was a networking opportunity where everybody from the industry could meet and chat in an informal setting. Most of the people who attended the golf day echoed Brown’ s views of the event being an enabler to interacting with old acquaintances in the industry.
