Fitting thought 1 Keeping it together It often happens that we find ourselves in all-consuming situations, taking all our focus and keeping us occupied mentally and physically. We then get bombarded with information and advice on how to do better business and deal with various situations. In my own experience, and in the bigger picture, we should probably have mechanisms in business that can identify and control these various situations, and this is where a team environment is so important. As business owners, you need to be aware of these types of scenarios. When your team is aligned, everyone is pulling in the same direction and supportive of each other and of you as the team leader.
