Rosian of Antigua and Barbuda
Rosian Warrington signaled her presence at the 2015 Central American and
Caribbean Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (CACBBFF) in the Bahamas
where she won the overall title in the Body Fitness division; making her eligi-
ble to obtain her Pro card. She recalls “ it was truly an amazing feeling hear-
ing my name being called out that night.” Rosian has been competing since
2004 when the body fitness category was first introduced at the Antigua &
Barbuda nationals. After sitting out for seven years due to health issues she
returned in 2011 to secure the title Ms. Body Fitness. It is no longer a secret
that she has fibromyalgia,
but she has learnt to fight
this burden.
Amongst her aspirations
is to make it to the Olym-
pia stage as it is the big-
gest stage in the sport.
Apart from training she
enjoys reading and learn-
ing new things. She hopes
to use her learnings to
