The first inaugural Trinidad and Tobago Interactive Football Cup
2015 took place recently in an effort to further grow the interest
in Interactive Football. The TTIFC attracted players of all ages.
On the final day four groups of 6 competed with the top 2 from
each group advancing to the knockout stages. The event was
eventually won by Bevon Julien and Justin Baptiste placed second. For Bevon’s efforts he won the Interactive FIFA Champions trophy, 500usd and other winners prizes donated by Jet
Blue and Sa Lounge Fashion. Bevon will also represent TT at
the Caribbean GiGA games in November in Martinique. Other
sponsors included Mani Jade Fashion, Chrono Fantasy and
Rose ITSL.

Globally the industry association representing the interactive gaming sector says the average
person who plays video games is 33-years-old and could be male or female. New data commissioned by the Interactive Games & Entertainment Association (IGEA) found that the average age of a ‘ gamer’ continues to defy the stereotypical teenager .
