Out and about
with Terri Pitts
Terri Pitts received her first camera in 1997 and
life as she knew it changed forever. Her subjec-
tive focus slowly evolved from capturing trees
and people into studies of light and shadow,
depth and movement. “Photography has forced
me to see things in a whole new light, so to
speak. You can often find me out in the Ag
Reserve shooting landscapes, flowers and their
pollinators, birds and animals. Weddings and
formal portraiture are not my jam, but if you ask
me to take candids at a reception, a party, or
even little kids, I will be there every time.”
