The newly opened two story restaurant on the rooftop at Elements Mall will be offering
both a three and four course menu priced at $398 and $438 respectively. Begin your
Christmas feast with a warming bowl of Chestnut & Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil
followed by a decadent starter of Aged Prosciutto, Goat Cheese, Fig and Pecan Salad.
For your main course you can choose between a traditional Roasted US Turkey Breast
with all the trimmings, a succulent US Flank Steak served with Roasted Sweet Potato,
Chimichurri and Grilled Asparagus or a lighter Pistachio Crusted Halibut Fillet with a
Capsicum Sauce, Cream Kohlrabi and creamy Yam Mash. Desserts include Toffee Star
Cake and traditional Christmas Pudding with Baileys Irish Cream. This menu is available
