engages and challenges our boys. Description: Established in 1995, LIS is like no other school in Hong Kong.
Nestled amidst the scenic splendour of South Lantau in three campuses,
Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk and Pui O, LIS operates 14 classes for a maximum
intake of 320 pupils. The school boasts a unique balance between
a Primary English education and the greenest environment of Hong
Kong, in low rise buildings. At LIS, children will receive a well-rounded
education of the highest standard where they will flourish both socially and
academically.
Mandarin Curriculum: The objectives of the Putonghua curriculum are to
cultivate pupils’ listening, oral, transliteration and self-learning skills, to enhance
the linguistic knowledge of Putonghua and Chinese culture, to cultivate interest
in learning and to nurture good learning attitudes and habits.
Facilities: 1 assembly hall, 1 playground, 1 library, 1 indoor swimming
pool and 14 special rooms (2 computer rooms, 2 music rooms, 2 language
rooms, 2 visual arts rooms, 1 indoor playground, 1 student activity room,

Curriculum: The Curriculum follows the requirements of the British
