Description: Hong Kong Academy (HKA) is a non-profit, independent
IB world school offering an exceptional, inquiry-based education for
students aged 3-18 years old. HKA offers the Global Citizen Diploma
and also hosts the International Schools Theatre Association. With an
inquiry-based, concept driven curriculum, HKA provides a well-rounded,
learner directed programme based on the most current research about
effective teaching and learning. Small class sizes and low student to
teacher ratios mean that our faculty get to know all our students as
individuals and help them discover their joy as lifelong learners. At
HKA, teachers are learners too, with ongoing professional development
incorporated into the school culture.
