also a "Wings Eating" contest for guests with

Salon du Chocolat
We’ve got mouth-watering news for chocolate
lovers. Salon du Chocolat, the world’s largest
event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa,
arrives in Hong Kong 6-8 July. Since the first
event in France in 1995, Salon du Chocolate
remains the only international platform where
chocolatiers, pastry chefs, cocoa producers,
distributors, retailers and chocolate lovers
meet. A series of activities will take place
during the show, including chocolate-tasting,
a chocolate fashion show, chef demos,
workshops and chocolate sculptures.
