Shared Space at
Campfire Campus
Taking Care of YOU,
the Carer by
Tim Conroy-Stocker
Campfire Campus offers so much more than flexible
office space, it also offers co-learning space; providing
the opportunity for parents and children to work and
learn under the same roof. As Asia’s first co-learning
space, Campfire helps innovative education providers
offer early childcare, language school, ballet, martial
arts and music activities alongside a fully equipped
co-working space for parents. There is also a café and
large play area for children. The first Campfire Campus
is 26,000 square feet and is located in Tseung Kwan
O. Watch this space for details of the second (77,000
square foot site) opening soon. www.campfire.work

ESF Applications Open
Parents interested in an ESF education for children born in
2016, 2014 or 2008 should apply for ESF’s K1, Year 1 and
Year 7 places this month. The application window is open
from 1-30 September. Application is through a ‘one-form’
application system for all ESF schools. Parents may only submit
one online application per child with their preferred school
highlighted. School zoning applies for all ESF primary and
secondary schools and is based on residential address at the
time of application. However, the five kindergartens, Discovery
College and Renaissance College remain zone free. Those
who wish to gain interview priority can apply for the Nomination
Rights Schemes, which provides a fast track entry route into
ESF schools providing the children meet the admissions
requirements. w
