Hong Kong’s biggest yoga and wellness festival returns for its sixth
installment from the 3-4 March. Taking place at the West Kowloon
Cultural District Nursery Park, the festival will offer more than 60
classes. Six zones will each have a different focus: a main stage for
yoga, a zen garden for meditation, a fit district for fitness classes,
a marketplace for retail and eating, a 'playground' for family and
kids, a silent disco for dance workshops and a talent theatre for live

According to Hong Kong Allergy
Association, an estimated one million
people suffer from allergies in Hong
Kong. One in five children suffers with
eczema or allergic rhinitis, one in 20 has
a food allergy. This parent workshop by
specialist in immunology and allergy Dr
Adrian Wu addresses what allergy is,
the cause, the types of tests available
and treatment. It is organised by ESF
