A new spot for a super healthy brunch? Yes please! The queen of Hong Kong’s food
sustainability and clean vegetarian eating scene, Peggy Chan, of Grassroots Pantry
fame, has launched Nectar. We don’t have to mourn the loss of Grassroots Pantry
with Nectar open since July. Nectar’s two-hour free flow of seasonal tapas-style small
plates is sure to fill you up. Priced at $550, the menu features 10 individual dishes with
repeat servings of your favourite items. You may also choose to complement your meal
with Wine Free Flow (for an additional $180) or Elixir Flow (an additional $158). Nectar is
also open for lunch and dinner with a lovely set lunch menu and multiple course tasting

Cocktails with Conscience
Sustainability has always been a key message from restaurant
John Anthony, and is at the root of everything they aspire to. The
restaurant is now bringing us a new zero-waste bar program. The
new cocktail menu is inspired by the ingredients discovered along
the ancient Silk Road and features sustainable, locally foraged
ingredients. The resulting menu consists of four house-infused gin
and tonics and nine signature cocktails – the ingredients collectively

Tell Carmelia
Hong Kong's first ever tea inspired cocktail bar has
opened its doors this summer. Hidden away on
Pottinger Street, this new speakeasy is using tea as
its main attraction. Sourced from around the world,
their cocktail infusions ‘Teatails’ are named after the
origin of the tea blend used. Hong Kong native and
acclaimed bar specialist, Sandeep Hathiramani has
teamed up with award-winning bartender Gagan
