Putting it all Together : PLAN SETUP PLAY
A good setup using the forms that you ' ve learned from Levels 1-4 ensures that you are in position to execute a good sand shot . To become a Gold Star Player , you must demonstrate the forms for your Setup , in sequence , with your coach .

Don ’ t Touch
When getting ready to hit your shot , you must not touch the sand with your clubhead .
Hotdog in the Bun
Start with the ten-finger grip and put the hotdog ( left thumb ) in the bun ( right palm ).
