Play Channel Magazine volume 4 | Page 2

In this issue, we are introduced to an array of artists who remind us of their concise, dedicated, and passionate work. Here, we get insight from the actors and director of the upcoming film, I Miss Me, a visit from musician, Jeff Sable, in his own studio, and hear Delise Lynch's intricate argument about what goes on in the sports industry today.

Along with these rich articles and interviews, this issue invites us into other commentaries and appreciation of the hidden work of upcoming models, actors, musicians, photographers, and so on. Our issue's theme is an invitation: to hear about the processes, successes, failures, revelations, and creations of these creators. Rather than hearing about their love life, their irrelevant affairs, Play Channel is more interested in how these artists and entertainers got here, and what their inspiration is. We hope that their inspiration, along with ours, reaches you. Thank you for reading, and I am ecstatic in continuing on this path as Play Channel's editor.

Stephanie Khio-Editor

When Keith Baker, Creator of Play Channel Magazine, had graciously given me this new position as editor of Play Channel, one of the first things we talked about was how we could make this issue expose the inner workings of artists. I was quite impressed -- and relieved -- that the creator of this magazine was interested in a variety of arts, and was dedicated to highlighting the achievements of local artists.
