Lawsuits & the NFL: Take a hit at your own risk?

Playing in the National Football League can be hazardous to one’s health, but every player entering the league has to know that, right? Well, a group of about 14 retired players says “Not so fast”. These players are seeking damages in a lawsuit filed against the NFL over concussions and related injuries. The lawsuit claims that the NFL concealed information about football-related head injuries from players and misled about their long-term effects. The NFL has since denied this claim.
