Mac n Cheese People

Ingredients:

2 boxes of elbow noodles

1 long aluminum pan

1 block of sharp Cheddar orange

1 block of sharp Cheddar white

2 cans of evaporated milk

1 12oz tub of sour cream

1 bag of shredded Cheddar cheese orange (for the top)

2 bags of shredded mozzarella

2 bags of shredded Colby

2 bags of Italian blend

2 eggs

Draining salt (lawrys)

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

4 tablespoons of magrine

Directions:

Boil elbows add a like salt to water to keep from sticking together

Cut block cheeses in Med squares

Add too aluminum pan along with all 6 shredded cheeses. Leaving the sharp shredded orange cheese for top. Drain elbows. Immediately add to pan of cheeses. Swirl around. Add the 2cans of milk. Add 2 eggs. Season with salt pepper seasoning salt to taste. Stir in sour cream. Mix together well. Sprinkle sharp orange shredded cheese on top. Sprinkle paprika on top . Cover bake for 30 mins . Uncover bake for 10 mins. Let cool and enjoy
