BBQ BEEF RIBLETS

Ingredients:

6lbs of beef riblets

1 bottle of hickory smoke BBQ sauce

3 oz of hot sauce

2 tablespoons of yellow mustard

4 oz of brown sugar

6 oz of honey.

1 aluminum pan

Directions:

Rinse n clean ribs. Place in pan. Season with salt pepper garlic badia complete seasoning. Place BBQ sauce in small pan add hot sauce mustard brown sugar honey. Bring to a lite boil stirring constantly. Don't add to ribs yet set to the side. Pour enough water to cover ribs. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hr. Uncover if not tender enough add more water. Cook 10-20 mins more. Take out and pour out excess water. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs. Cook 5-10 mins. Repeat with BBQ sauce. Serve and enjoy
