North Carolina where she
attended Wake County Public Schools through high
school. She graduated from
East Carolina University
with a Bachelor’s degree in
Recreation and Leisure
Studies with a concentration
in Recreation Therapy.
Her career led her to work in mental health with adult psychiatric and substance abuse patients at both John Umstead
Hospital and Holly Hill Hospital. She worked for many
years as a live in counselor for at risk youth in several group
homes operated by Wake County Human Services.
Erica is the owner of Sky’s The Limit Events a dynamic
and creative event planning company and a partner in Seasons 31, a catering company in the Triangle. Erica Quillet is a
Certified Etiquette instructor who specializes in teaching
youth manners and increasing leadership skills through classes such as Poise and Posture, Public Speaking and Dining
Etiquette.
Erica continues to live in Raleigh with her husband and
two children. She remains an active member in the community as well.
