Performance monitoring , service scheduling , machine tracking , and predictive maintenance are all terms that are receiving increasing attention from OEMs such as Komatsu Mining , which monitors the performance of its on-site machines from its JoySmart Services Centre in eMalahleni .

The Centre supports the company ’ s aftermarket services , including fuel services , condition monitoring , training and more , said productivity optimisation manager Leon Papenfus .
