I n a challenging and uncertain time, we are pleased to announce that on the 18th October 2019. Plant Equipment & Hire was appointed as the official mouthpiece of the Contractors Plant Hire Association (CPHA). Plant Equipment & Hire, a brand owned by Interact Media Defined (Pty) Ltd, and the CPHA - whose membership forms a significant part of the plant hire industry in South Africa, are ready and eager to commence working together. Both organisations believe that a consolidation will greatly benefit all communities in the sector. “It is a wonderful opportunity as an association, who in fact started out with Plant Equipment & Hire magazine many years ago, to once again unite with a publisher in South Africa that is already well-established in the plant equipment and hire space, as well as many other related industries where the association can gain the opportunity to engage in further collaborations,” says CPHA chief executive officer, Clive Wicks. The January 2020 issue of Plant Equipment & Hire will be the first issue where the prior CPHA Magazine will form a defined section in the Plant Equipment & Hire magazine.
