Below you’ ll find a brief overview of QuickBooks most popular solutions.
• QuickBooks Pro Edition is perfect for users who need basic check printing, bill paying, expense tracking and the ability to organize data in one place.
• QuickBooks Premier Edition is right for users who have more complex or specialized finances. This edition includes all the features of QuickBooks Pro, plus additional tools for analysis, planning, and growth to help achieve better results. Specialized tools also allow Premier users to meet more complex inventory, job cost, accounting and customer needs. One of the benefits to Premier is that you can select which industry you are in. Prior versions required users to purchase a program for a specific industry. Now users are able to purchase one program and then select which industry best describes their business. From there, the Premier edition enables users to customize their experience based on their industry.
• QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions is the edition that can help large or small businesses accelerate their growth. It enables many aspects of your business to be more productive, gives you greater control and provides the insight to make smarter decisions. This edition can store and manage twice as many items, customers, and vendors than other Quick- Books editions, and has the ability to add up to 10 simultaneous users. QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions enables users who are outgrowing Pro and Premier a chance to stay in the QuickBooks Family.
• QuickBooks Online Edition is right for clients who need to connect multiple users and locations to their businesses finances anytime, anywhere. This is a completely digital version – no physical software is loaded onto your computer. There are three levels of the QuickBooks Online Edition:
• Simple Start: Users can customize and send invoices, track income and expenses, create and manage estimates and sync bank accounts and apps.
• Essentials: Users can customize and send invoices, track income and expenses, create and manage estimates, sync bank accounts and apps, manage and pay bills and receive instant sales and profit reports.
• Plus: Users can customize and send invoices, track income and expenses, create and manage estimates, sync bank accounts and apps, manage and pay bills, receive instant sales and profit reports, track inventory and prepare and print Form 1099s.
• QuickBooks Point of Sale( POS) Edition is an affordable, easy-to-use retail management software that replaces a retail industry user’ s cash register, tracks their entire inventory, sales and customer information, and provides up-todate reports to help them manage their business and serve customers better. It’ s important to note that this program is an add-on program, which means that in order to use this program, users must already be using one of the previously mentioned QuickBooks software programs. The POS edition integrates with your existing QuickBooks program.
• QuickBooks for Mac is specifically designed for users of Mac computers. It is its own standalone version and offers many of the same benefits that the QuickBooks programs offer.
