This expo is a world-class showcase of the South African livestock and dairy industries,
and undoubtedly one of the most highly attended livestock events in the country. Visitors
to this exciting 2-day event can look forward to breed and interbreed championships,
a regional youth show, a young auctioneer competition, beef cattle and milk goat
information days, an auction of miniature horses and donkeys, and the crowning of the

The annual Wine on the River festival takes place on the banks of the Breede River. Wine
