PLA Instructional Reviews provide support to leaders in developing cohesive plans and sustaining the laser like focus needed to help move schools forward. The goal of leadership growth and capacity is to help PLA school leaders become more effective agents of change in their school buildings. Instructional Reviews are conducted by the National and Regional Academic Team. These reviews are incorporated into each school's SQR.
