How Is Each School Supported By The PLA Regional Academic Team?
Each school is supported by Regional and National Academic Team members. The job of these team members is to assist and work with the school leadership team to ensure the PLA Academic Framework is implemented at each building. When they visit schools, it is important to find time during their visits to complete learning walks together and debrief with the team after their visit. Be sure to check in the PLA Coaching Cycle for a completed National Monitoring Checklist. This checklist will also provide feedback from their visit.
