Enrollment Team Overview
Strong student enrollment is a vital part of Phalen Leadership Academies' ability to serve students and families. Families and children that do not enroll in our schools are not able to participate in the high quality education that PLA provides; they miss out on the well-rounded educational experience that develops their character and leadership, and preparedness for college or future careers. Enrollment also provides the bulk of funding needed to properly operate our schools. Without strong and consistent enrollment, we risk access to key resources.
The PLA Enrollment department is made up of a team of Student Enrollment Coordinators within each of our regions who work in partnership with school teams to:
To ensure all seats are filled on the first day of school across all of our regions
To execute a calendar of events/activities that engages families throughout the year
To monitor and respond to attrition data
To execute a strong backfill plan if students are to transition mid-year
