Family Newsletter Communication Keeping our families informed is of high priority . Our families deserve frequent touchpoints from our schools . PLA uses Smore online newsletters to communicate with our families . It also allows our PLA Marketing team to push out newsletter information on social media .
PLA Learning Institute PLA offers additional opportunities for professional development through our online learning platform . Staff can log in when it works for them and participate in training and find a wide range of resources to support their work and build their capacity .
Differentiated Professional Learning Opportunities Providing teachers with the training and support they need is vital for professional growth . Teachers do not all require the same level of support . The PLA Coaching Cycle platform provides leaders with analytics so that they are able to differentiate the opportunities for teachers . Learning walks and collaborative opportunities allow teachers to learning from one another .
