Common Planning: Schedules must include common planning for grade level and/or content teachers to collaborate and utilize data while planning. PLCs are held weekly for all teachers.

- Teachers collaboratively planning ELA and Math blocks. Teachers having professional discussions to include best practices on the lessons being planned. - What has worked well for someone teaching a skill before?
Every minute (and second) counts with regard to protecting instruction in the classrooms so all systems, procedures, and routines should be practiced and support the instructional goals of the campus (i.e. students can learn while standing in lines, bathroom breaks, transitions, etc.).
