In 2016 Donald Trump was elected for president winning it over Hillary Clinton. He took over for Barack Obama and many people liked the decision and many disliked it. He wanted to use force and start limiting the number of immigrants enter this country. These were tough demands to help him become president because many people hated the ideas but many also liked them.
Trump wants to assert dominance and show that we are the strongest rather than try to create peace. He also wants to build a wall on the border of Mexico so immigrants can’t come into this country. Those who were not with him felt that violence is not the answer. I am not with Trump because if he starts another war than many Americans will be killed and could end up with the U.S. having one of its major cities bombed. Also I feel that immigrants only come here because they want to have a better life but Trump doesn’t care if their lives are not good as long as they are in another country.
This picture shows Trump inside a wall to show that he stands tall with his decision to build it because he feels that it will help limit immigration and make trade easier and work better. With all these decisions he is making he is not guaranteed another term. His reign is based on if he also wins the 2020 election when he goes up against new opponents and already has been president for 4 years.
