It shows that Church Point is definitely a desirable suburb for buyers looking for a lifestyle change , who don ’ t need to be working in the city 5 days and want a more peaceful working from home environment .

Our DiJones centralised database allows us to target qualified individuals in regions we know buyers are moving from . We already know from industry stats that 66 % of purchasers in our area are coming from the lower north shore , upper north shore and eastern suburbs , all areas in which the DiJones network is already industry leaders .
The DiJones network has set a great benchmark for 2021 , with an auction clearance rate of 77 % in the last quarter , clearly above the Sydney wide rate which is currently at 73 %. With 283 successful transactions in the past quarter across the network , over $ 610 million in sales and an average sale price over $ 2 million , the DiJones network is running hot , and right now the Northern Beaches has the highest Auction clearance rate in all of Sydney , with 88.3 % of properties selling successfully at Auction , with an average price over $ 1.65 million .
