Mattress Factory
draws over
75,000 visitors
from around
the world.

The Mattress Factory invited 8 artists to fill the building
with instillations. These exhibits include an indoor
alleyway, a solar powered room, and a basement full of
mannequins
Chiharu Shiota
Chiharu Shiota created a poetic, monumental environment
in with her instillation located in 516 Sampsonia Way . She
filled all three floors of the building with domestic objects
encompassed in a web of black yarn.

These exhibits continue until May 25th.
The museum is open 10am-5pm on Tuesday-Saturday
and 1pm-5pm on Sunday.
Admission is $15 and $10 for senior citizens and
students. Tuesdays are half price admission.
