Essential Race Info
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
• The race starts and finishes at Pirates Club , 25 Braeside Road , Greenside
• The race is timed mat to mat and starts at 06h00 on Cruden Bay Road , Greenside
• Non-licensed runners need to ensure they have a temp license , otherwise they will be disqualified .
• There is a 3h30 cut-off and runners not finishing within the time may be withdrawn from the course .
• Club gazebos will be allowed and can be dropped off and secured on Saturday 15 February between 13h00 and 16h00 .
• There will be a tog bag area that will be open from 04h30 on the south side of the finish area , overlooking the rugby field from the parking lot area .

REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION
• Race number collection takes place in the Old Bones Bar at Pirates Club , 25 Braeside Road in Greenside on : o Friday 14 February between 13h00 and 17h00 o Saturday 15 February between 09h00 and 15h00 o Sunday 04h30 to 05h30
• Collection is in the Pirates main clubhouse where you will be able to collect your number , and t-shirt if you have purchased or qualified for an earlybird entry one .
• If you are collecting on someone ’ s behalf , you will need to bring with you : o A signed letter from the entrant stating the name and ID number of the person collecting the entry . o A copy of the ID or passport of the person you are collecting for .
• For substitutions please bring along : o A letter from the original entrant with their contact details , stating the name and ID number of the person taking over the entry o A copy of the ID or passport of the person taking over the entry . o There will be NO SUBSTITUTIONS ON SUNDAY 16 February .
EVENT ACCESS & RACE DAY PARKING

• There will be parking at Pirates top fields via Victory Road , and Greenside High via Geers Road . No parking will be available in the main club area . Please see best route to access these parking areas
• Please note - Do not park on pavements within the suburb or block any residential or public access as your car will be towed by JMPD . Parking in Sir Lionel Phillips park adjacent to Pirates Club is strictly prohibited .
TIMING
The event will be timed mat-to-mat and your timing chip will be attached to your race number . Please make sure you cross all timing mats and please do not crumple , bend or fold your bib , as this may damage the timing chip and we may not be able to read your start or finish time .
