can. The House of Commons offers several
impressive wedding venues, which are
exceptionally versatile and ideal for any
wedding celebration. From the ceremony to an
intimate reception or lavish wedding breakfast,
they have the facilities to suit. Your guests will
experience a dramatic sense of occasion as they
enter Westminster Hall and pass through the
stunning Central Lobby before arriving at the
House of Commons.

hosting glittering State occasions, their team of
coordinators are able to offer you advice and
inspiration for your special day, making the
planning process enjoyable and stress free. From
your initial visit, planning the details and menu,
right up to your special day, your event coord -
inator will be with you every step of the way.

The Ceremony: Celebrate your vows with up to
150 guests in the grandeur of the Members’
Dining Room overlooking the River Thames, or
with up to 60 guests in the beautiful oak
panelled Jubilee Room. Both venues are licensed
with Westminster Council for civil ceremonies.
Ceremonies can take place between 10.30 and
16.30 on Saturdays, and Fridays when neither
House is sitting. The Westminster Registry Office
accepts provisional bookings and will also allow
you to give formal notice of your ceremony up to
12 months before the day.
The Celebration: For your wedding breakfast,
their selection of venues offers the perfect setting
to suit your chosen menu. Among others you can
choose from a champagne reception in the
riverside Terrace Pavilion, a traditional ‘British’
afternoon tea in the elegant Churchill Room, an
intimate dinner in the opulent Pugin Room or the
grandeur of a six-course seasonal wedding
breakfast in the historic Members’ Dining Room.
Their award-winning kitchen team takes as
much pride in catering for your wedding guests
as they do for those state occasions hosted at
the House of Commons. Creating seasonal
menus with quality ingredients and impeccable
attention to detail, you can be assured that your
guests will be wowed at every course. From

variety of catering options to suit your timings
