feedback from our guests.
Everyone from all different

ur tip for other couples is don’t leave all the
prep till the last minute, as it’s stressy enough.
Remember it’s your day – you are celebrating
your union so make it about what you both
want, not what others might want. Have fun
with organising the day; the run-up to it is all part of the
extended celebration. If any friends suggest taking a video
during speeches or first dance, take them up on the offer, as
you’ll see things you never did on the day and it helps keep
the memories.
after all the months of preparation and stressing about
which dress and shoes, who to invite, which wines and what
food, Dee says it couldn’t have gone more perfectly: ‘I had a
fabulous day from the ceremony onwards. Up to that point I
was quite nervous and worried whether it would all go to plan.
‘The highlight of my day was seeing Debs walk into the
Regency Room looking a million dollars, with her father. I felt
very emotional, proud and lucky in that moment, and from
then on I had a ball!’
Debs adds, ‘I was nervous, excited and emotional about
having all my family and closest friends with us when we said
our vows, sharing our love and acknowledging our wonderful
partnership.
‘My highlights were having my father walk me into the
room, acknowledging our union and wanting to play a special
part in the day – and his emotional speech later. Then seeing
Dee as I walked in, looking so amazing with her beautiful smile.
‘another high point was being able to stop off at the band -
stand to take some stunning pictures with our amazing
photographer ally, with the backdrop of the sea and the old pier.’
