A couple Board Meeting notes for the community
Two motions were made at the Sept. 11th board meeting.
The first one deals with our mailboxes. Yes, there will be some changes over time as the Mailbox and the post will be painted black. This will not happen overnight but over a period of time. If anyone would like to volunteer to help paint the mailboxes call the offce so we can start a list. If you would like to paint your own mailbox, again call the office and we can give you the details.
The second motion is in regards to Pine Tree Village Rules and Regulations. After some considerable time and discussion several changes have been approved. By now all of you should have received by email, the proposed changes. This motion was passed unanimously after some community discussion at the board meeting. If you need a copy you can print it off or glance at it on our website, pinetreevillage.org. It should be online one day next week. You can also stop by the office and pick up a copy. New residents will also receive a copy when they are interviewed as a prospective buyer.
A considerable amount of time, talent, and effort went into the revising and updating of our Rules and Regulations. Few, if any, residents responded to the email about the changes. One resident did bring up a valid point and that change was corrected. Thank you for that and Thanks to ALL who had input into the revision of the R and R's
