A couple Board Meeting notes for the community
2 motions were brought before the Board at the October 9th meeting.
The first was to approve the appointment of Maria Oldani to the Board of Directors to fill the remaining vacant seat bringing the total to seven directors. She has agreed to Chair the Landscape Committee. Welcome Maria!
Another motion brought before the Board was to approve a special assessment, as recommended by the Finance Committee, to ensure necessary funding for repairs to a drainage pipe, fixing and painting the perimeter wall, and repairs to the pump for pond two as essential repairs and improvements. The assessment, as outlined in the Finance Committee's report, is required to maintain our community's quality, safety, and value. Each homeowner will be equally assessed $291.00 with payment due by November 1, 2024.
