We all know we have one somewhere, yes, that extra key hidden outside in case we get locked out. You know what? So does the expert home invader. They know the "usual" hiding places like under the door mat, or under a rock. Try and think of someplace a little out of the ordinary that they wouldn't think to look but that you can remember. Better safe than sorry and walking into an intruder who has a set of your keys in his hands claiming it to be "his" home. Also be vigilant in watching out for your neighbors. If it doesn't look right it probably isn't.

Just a friendly reminder to those of you who have an emotional support animal within our community. The animal must be walked on a leash that is no longer than 12 feet and held by a responsible person capable of controlling the animal so as not to charge or rush or assault another homeowner. The animal's waste must be picked up, sealed, and disposed of with the Lot's trash not left on a neighbors lawn. Please be considerate of others within Pine Tree Village when walking your animal on our streets and sidewalks.
