IMPORTANT LANDSCAPE INFORMATION
The committee asks that BEFORE you start any work on planting or removing any type of vegetation on your property you submit the proper Landscape form.
It is vital that you do so so that the proper plantings are placed and they might even be able to recommend something else for your consideration.
Submitting the proper form is also in the rules and regulations of Pine Tree Village. The form can be found on our website or picked up in the office.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL
Submit your request for change form to the PTV office before the first Wednesday of every month. This allows time to review the request prior to the Board meeting.
Be sure to include the contractors name, license and insurance verification. Do not begin any work prior to receiving Board approval.
