Just a friendly reminder. With the summer months upon us there are quite a few residents that not only WALK the streets of PTV but ride their bikes. Please be aware of your surroundings when backing out of your driveways. Look both ways BEFORE proceeding and don't block the sidewalk.
This is the last edition of the PTV Newsletter until September. Your Board of Directors and the Office staff will still be available through the summer months to answer any questions or concerns you might have before the season starts back up.
Several of our residents have gone "north" for the summer so be attentive to your surroundings. If something doesn't look right call the Sheriffs office. If one of your neighbors is gone keep an eye out for anything that looks out of place on their property and report it. Stay safe and be well!!
There have been a couple instances where outsiders have come to use our pickleball courts. Due to this we have temporarily placed coded locks on the gates. To obtain the code you can call the office (561) 737-1388 during business hours. After hours you can text Howie (617)962-1298 with your name and address and he will forward you the code. A reminder that your guests must be accompanied by a resident of PTV in order to use the courts. We are looking into placing locks that use the clubhouse keys for future use.
