MEXICAN ROLL-UPS

Flour Tortillas Chilli with Beans

Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese Jalapenos (optional)

Salsa Sour Cream

Pre-heat oven to 350*.

Lay out tortilla, spread some chili on tortilla. Top with cheese and jalapenos.

Roll up and place on baking sheet.

Heat in oven about 10 minutes, long enough to melt cheese and heat chili.

Slice and serve with salsa and sour cream.

COFFEE CAKE

2 Sticks Butter (softened) 3 Cups Sugar

4 Eggs 1 Pint Sour Cream

2 tsp Baking Soda 2 tsp Vanilla

2 tsp Baking Powder 3 Cups Flour

2 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Cup Walnuts and/or Raisins

Pre-heat oven to 350*

Cream together butter and 2 cups sugar. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Add sour cream. Stir in baking soda, vanilla, baking powder and flour. Pour into greased 12x16 pan or 2 pans of equal size.

Mix together:

1 cup sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and/ or raisins.

Pour over top of batter and streak through with knife.

Bake for 35 minutes.
