By now everyone should have received their new coupons for 2025. Included with your coupons was the information about YOUR ANNUAL MEETING. This is your time to really be heard. Remember, this is YOUR community and this is your chance to voice a concern or to pay a compliment. If, for some reason, you are unable to attend the meeting it is imperative that you submit the proxy that was included in the packet. Be sure to have those submitted BEFORE the meeting so that in the event there should be a vote, yours is cast. You can drop it off at the office or mail it in. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday,
January 21, 2025 at 7:30pm in the club house.
If you have not received your coupons, call or email the office and they will send you the new ones for 2025. They are blue for 2025 and the office appreciates when submitting your payment you include the coupon. It makes recording your payment much easier.
HURRICANE SHUTTERS
Hurricane and storm shutters are permitted to protect homes during hurricanes or storms. From December 1st to May 1st, shutters should remain open unless there is an imminent storm. However, if your home is on the golf course, to protect from out-of-bound golf balls, they may be closed in the rear. Accordion, panel, and roll-down storm shutters are allowed, provided their color and design are compatible with others in the local area. All shutters must meet Palm Beach County code and obtain the necessary permits.
SIDEWALK CLEANING
Sidewalk cleaning will be done on starting December 12th. For homes with wells that cause rust stains, it’s the homeowner's responsibility to remove the rust.
