PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE

1/2 Cup Butter

1 Cup Sugar

4 Eggs

1 Can Crushed Pineapple (16 or 20 oz.)

9 Slices White Bread, cubed

Drain pineapple (save juice)

Cream butter and sugar.

Beat in 4 eggs and pineapple.

Add 1/2 cup juice.

Stir in bread cubes.

Bake in greased casserole for 1 hour at 350*

FRUIT COBBLER

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Self-Rising Flour

1 Cup Milk

1 Stick butter

1 Can any fruit pie filling

Melt butter in 9x13 pan

Mix together sugar, flour and milk

Pour mixture over melted butter

Place drops of fruit filling on top of mixture. DO NOT mix into batter. The batter will rise above the fruit.

Bake at 350* for approx 30 minutes or until golden brown
