On Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 7:30 PM in the clubhouse, 10500 Greentrail Drive North, Boynton Beach, FL, the ANNUAL MEETING of members of the PTV Homeowners Association will be held for the purpose of electing 3 Directors and such other business as may be lawfully conducted.
The following candidates' names have been submitted by the Nominating Committee to run for the three (3) Board openings:
Elaine Johnson (incumbment)
Patrick Kroner (incumbment)
Geoffrey Kashdan (incumbment)
A Quorum of all Association members must be present, in person or by proxy, at the meeting, in order for any business to be conducted, including election of Directors. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that you either attend or provide a proxy to let your voice be heard at the meeting of your Association.
