By now you all should have received your new 2022 quarterly maintenance coupons. This year they are BLUE in color. If you, for some reason, have not received them call the office (561) 737-1388 so that they can get the new ones out to you. Remember that the first quarterly payment is due on January 1, 2022 and the assessment for the new year has been increased to $575. Late charges will be assessed after the 10th.
